Standard Training Plan

With this plan you will be provided with a detailed 4 week training block customised to your needs.

The Goal of this plan is to improve all round fitness on the bike.

An end of block check in will be provided to further fine tune training for the next block.

£130 per 4 weeks

With our experience in professional training and racing we can help you take your riding to the next level.

Each plan is customised to your specific needs using our experience and knowledge of up to date training currently being used in the pro tour.

If you have a specific event to target or just want to get the most out of your training with a structured plan, we can help you every step of the way, no matter where your current fitness and experience levels may be.

All Training plans will be sent through Training Peaks so you can download and follow each session on zwift and/or your computer unit to follow on the road.

Bespoke Training Plan

With the bespoke training plan I will design a periodised training schedule ideal for targeting specific events/rides where you need to be at best fitness possible.

Weekly customised plans will be sent to you to follow with weekly check ins to check on your progress and adjust if needed.
